Caroline is a Clinical Intern at Embodied Mind, pursuing her Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU. Before pursuing counseling, Caroline worked for nonprofit organizations focused on providing high-quality education to the most underserved populations in New York City and beyond. She received her BS in Psychology from Yale University.

Above all, Caroline believes that the relationship between client and therapist is foundational to healing and flourishing. She aims to create a supportive, non-judgmental partnership with her clients, exploring issues with curiosity, compassion, and humor. Caroline utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic theories. Her work is client-centered, multicultural, and trauma-informed. Caroline believes that everyone can benefit from therapy. There is no issue too small, or too large, to tackle.

Outside of her professional work, Caroline enjoys singing, traveling, reading fiction, baking, and petting every dog she sees.
