Integrative Attachment Focused Couples Therapy

Integrative, Attachment Focused couple’s therapy borrows primarily from IFS, attachment theory, sensorimotor therapy, and mindfulness. Using this method, we’ll be able to go “slow and low” and unpack the micro-moments and macro-conflicts that lead to chronic dissatisfaction within the relationship.
